ಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು :

1) ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಮತದಾರರ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್

2) ಶಾಲೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪತ್ರ

ಐಚ್ಚಿಕ : 

ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಇತರೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ,

1) ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಮತದಾರರ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ವಂಶವೃಕ್ಷ

2)ವೇತನ ಸ್ಲೀಪ್ ಅಥವಾ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿ (ಆದಾಯ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ)

ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನ :

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂದಾಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ವಿತರಣೆ.

1) Ration Card or Voter Identity Card or Aadhaar Card

2) School transfer letter

Optional:

The latest to identify as other members of the family,

1) ration card or voter identity card or genealogy from the VA.

2) Pay Sleep or Income Tax Payment (For Income Certificate)

Working Procedure:

Collecting the application with all the above documents , 

Report of field inspection by the village accountant,

Issue of certificates after approval by Revenue Inspector.
